Hello my name is Emma Foster.

I hold a BA in counselling and work within an integrative model.  This means that I am able to adapt the way in which I work to suit you and the needs that you have.

I have experience of working with a variety of mental health conditions and specialise in domestic abuse, sexual violence and couples counselling.  I have worked with a number of charities including East Surrey Domestic Service, Your Sanctuary and the Rape and Sexual Abuse Support Centre.

I work in Bagshot and the surrounding areas, Surrey in a nice quiet location at The Integral Life Centre.

COVID Compliance

In line with January 21 government guidelines, I am exempt from restrictions and can continue face to face counselling where appropriate. I am able to confirm that both offices provide recommended space for social distancing, hand sanitisers are provided and I test regularly by lateral flow test.  I have also had both Covid vaccinations and the booster.
